The buyer must inspect and count all items received and note on the delivery slip any damage or shortages, as well as noting the driver’s or store person’s full name. Damage or shortages not so recorded at time of pick up or delivery may negate any claim against the seller. Should any defects or issues arise when the packs are opened on site, installation must cease. The buyer must advise the seller by phone or email within 24 hours of any such issues becoming apparent at delivery or on site. It is strongly recommended that photographs be taken and sent to the seller to support the complaint. The buyer must allow the seller or the manufacturer’s agent to inspect the goods, and if it is determined by the seller or manufacturer that the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect, replacement material will be provided to the same point as originally arranged. The returning or disposing of faulty or damaged goods will be the responsibility of the seller.
Should replacement material not be available, and an acceptable alternative not be found, the seller will refund the full purchase price of the unused material once the materials have been returned to the seller or the seller has affected the disposal of such goods. In no event shall Webfloors be liable for any incidental, indirect, exemplary, punitive and/or consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from the installation or use of any product purchased from this site, including delays and non-availability of stock.
Please ensure that the correct quantity, choice of supplier and colour of flooring is ordered and that you have physically viewed a sample prior to placing your order (free samples can be ordered through our website), as returns of surplus flooring or for change of mind is not possible. We strongly recommend an extra carton or 2% spare flooring to be kept aside for future replacement of damaged planks or building alterations.
Due to ever changing stock levels, availability advice is correct at the time of enquiry only, and should be re-checked prior to ordering. If available, stock is secured once your payment reaches our account, or Square confirms receipt. If you are about to make a payment, email us to place stock on a 48hr hold.
Warranties are provided by the manufacturers or the Australian agents for each particular flooring, not the seller. Any warranty claims must be made through the seller who will liaise with the manufacturer on the buyer’s behalf. Any warranty dispute by the buyer then becomes an issue between the warranty provider and the buyer. The seller may assist should the seller so choose.
Webfloors or the flooring agents and manufacturers, will not accept claims based on these variations in the flooring.
